Beware
of AT&T! NOTE From bilaw@pacificrim.net: (June 2000): I am an attorney in Washington looking for cable internet users of @home services who have had their services down more than two days and still been billed for the full month. Also, anyone who has been unable to retrieve e-mail for two days or more and lost business or had angry customers/clients as a result. My e-mail address is bilaw@pacificrim.net. (P.S. -- Don't try to view www.@home.com with Netscape...at least not with version 3.x... bad programming on their end). AT&T--we have been hearing many complaints lately about this company. Whether it's AT&T signing customers up for services which were not requested, billing erroneously, failing to provide service as promised, etc... So, we decided to set up this Internet site to make your voices known to the world, or simply read what AT&T is apparently accused of doing. (MCI may not be such a saint either, as you can see at "www.kats-korner.com/mad/mci". Please keep in mind that we do not actively seek complaints about AT&T or any other company, and that the published comments are not verified unless specifically indicated. Thank you. Please E-mail us your AT&T
complaints for consideration of publishing. Thank you. NOTE: THESE SITES MAY CONTAIN PICTURES/NAMES/TERMS THAT ARE OR MAY BE REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF THEIR RESPECTED COMPANIES. OUR SITES ARE NOT SET UP FOR PROFIT. THEY ARE SIMPLY A PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO VENT THEIR FRUSTRATIONS, WHILE EXERCISING THEIR FIRST AMMANDMENT RIGHT. THIS IS A MUCH HEALTHIER WAY THAN THE ALTERNATIVES, WHICH UNFOTUNATELY OCCUR ONCE TOO OFTEN IN OUR COMMUNITY. THIS SITE IS NOT PUBLISHED BY AT&T.
